All of my appointments are currently being offered via telephone or virtually online.

I will send out an online questionnaire and food and activity diary to complete prior to our initial appointment.

Initial Dietetic Appointment

This will last for up to 1 hour. Cost – £126

This will last for 30 minutes. Cost – £90

Food Diary Analysis Report

 

From experience my clients/patients need at least 3 x appointments spaced over 3 -4 months to help them make optimal progress towards their goals. Therefore, I offer a discount for those patients who would like to schedule these appointments in advance.

Initial 1 hour consultation + 2 x 30 minute follow up appointments  – £275.

* This offer only applies to self-paying clients (i.e. non insurance), who also schedule and pay for the package in one go.

With your consent I will liaise with your medical or sports team to communicate our plan and gain work together to support your progress.
